Information regarding the processing of personal data by Elab sp o.o. sp. k.

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 of the Regulation of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Directive or “GDPR”), you are informed as follows:

1. The Controller of your personal data is – Elab sp. Z o. o. Sp. k., with a registered office at ul. Nowogrodzka 68, 02-014 Warsaw.
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to enable us to prepare information and / or offer for you from Elab sp. z o.o. sp. k. in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f of GDPR (the legitimate interest of the controller), and also after obtaining a separate consent, to submit offers containing marketing content by Elab sp. o.o. sp. k. i.e. pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a of GDPR.
3. Your personal data will be stored until you object to the processing of your data, however, no longer than 5 years from the date of consent or termination of the service, or until you withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes.
4. Subject to the conditions set out in the provisions of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
   1. the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, and the right to transfer the data.
   2. the right to object to automated decision-making, including profiling based on the legitimate interest of the controller,
   3. the right to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, by sending an e-mail with the withdrawal of your consent to the address:  info@elab.edu.pl,
   4. the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection) if it is found that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
5. The provision of personal data by yourself is voluntary. At the same time, we would like to inform you that providing your personal data to us is necessary to prepare the offer.  Expressing your consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes is a prerequisite for providing an offer containing marketing content by Elab sp. z o.o. sp. k.

4. Your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only if the service provided by Elab sp. z o. o. sp. k. is carried out outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, your data are protected by appropriate contractual clauses regarding the protection of personal data.
